1. Scope
These terms govern use of the public pages at dfr.guru. They do not govern AquaHunter Intel AI Companion, Apple TestFlight, a future App Store transaction, or any future paid service unless those terms expressly say so. The separate planned customer-support text program is governed by the SMS Terms & Conditions.
2. Development status
The DFR Boaters product is in development. Roadmap items are planning targets and may change. No release date is currently announced.
No purchase or subscription is currently offered through this site or through an operational Boaters release. A future Apple product record and applicable transaction terms must control any actual price, trial, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms.
3. Safety and official-information boundary
DFR materials are designed to support preparation and review. They are not a substitute for navigation equipment, emergency services, current official notices, or professional judgment.
Official rules can change. Check the responsible government source before relying on regulatory information. Some development materials may be prepared for offline reference, but they may be incomplete or outdated. Official sources control.
4. Research records
Research records vary in source quality and completeness. A label such as charted, researched, confirmed, or verified must be read with the item's named source, scope, and last-reviewed date. Research-only material is not approved for operational, safety, regulatory, or navigation use.
5. AquaHunter Intel Receptionist
Questions typed into the website helper stay in the current page. The helper answers from information included with the website; it does not upload chat questions or save a conversation history. Selecting Copy writes that message to your clipboard. Selecting an email or phone link opens the corresponding service; you decide whether to send an email or place a call. It does not create an account, take a payment, or send a support request. Do not enter secrets or unnecessary sensitive information.
The telephone menu provides product and contact information. Human transfers, voicemail, and callbacks are not offered. No response time or service availability is guaranteed. If you cannot reach us by phone, please use email.
6. Third-party links and services
Links to government agencies, Apple, maps, email services, or other third parties are provided for reference. Those parties control their own services, availability, content, and privacy practices. A link is not a warranty or endorsement.
7. Changes and contact
DFR may update these information-site terms when the website changes. Material product, commerce, or data-practice changes require separate review before they are represented as available.
